1. Multi-month prepay
Our site can optionally allow one to 99 months of prepaid subscription service. Each month unlocks one billing period. Unused months are eligible for pro-rata refund as described below.
2. Payment
Payment is due when you confirm checkout. The displayed amount covers the selected plan and number of months.
3. Cancel anytime
Cancel in Settings → Subscription or by email. Your access remains available through the paid period. There is no early-cancellation fee.
4. 30-day money-back guarantee
From the first paid charge, you may request a full refund within 30 days by emailing us. We do not require a reason or a form. For multi-month prepayments, unused future months are refunded pro-rata.
5. Price changes
We provide at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change affects a renewal. Existing subscribers receive at least one month at the prior price after notice.
6. Failed payments
If payment fails, no purchase is confirmed. You may return to your cart and try again.
7. Taxes
Displayed prices exclude applicable sales tax or VAT. Checkout should show the tax-inclusive amount where legally required.
8. Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Banks or card issuers generally take 7–10 business days to post the credit.
